My solution for sinus infections

Prior to using Young Living's essential oils, I used to get horrible sinus infections 3-4 times a year. It would take months for me to get them cleared up only to get another very quickly.

Just shortly after I started purchasing the essential oils I could tell another sinus infection was starting to set in. I pulled out the reference book and searched to see what few oils I had that might help.

I ended up using some eucalyptus, myrtle, and hyssop. The infection had gotten so bad that I was just trying to sleep it off and stay in bed. So every time I got out of bed for any reason, I used all three of these oils topically.

Within three days (not months) every one of my symptoms were gone. Ever since I've been able to become symptom free of any sinus infections with the continued use of the essential oils, which was mostly peppermint.
