Rosemary cleared congested lungs

I was visiting in a very polluted area and my lungs and sinus became so congested, I was very ill. I was afraid I might have pneumonia but am not able to take drugs, due to chemical sensitivity.

I had a bottle of Rosemary oil so decided to heat some water, put a few drops of Rosemary oil in it and lean over the steaming vapors with a towel covering my head to keep it concentrated and deeply breathing the vapors in. I did this about 4 times which loosened the congestion so I was able to cough and clear it out.

The next day, I repeated it again a time or two. After that, no more problem. It felt like a miracle. I have seen my mother suffer for weeks with pneumonia that would not go away. Thank God for these wonderful, non toxic remedies — and Gary Young for his dedication and work in making them available to us in their pure and potent form.
