I have been battling M.E./CFIDS for 11+ years. During that entire time, I have not had a decent night's sleep. First, it took a minimum of an hour to fall asleep, I slept very fitfully, was up and down all night with pain or needing to use the bathroom. When I got up, it would take an hour to fall back asleep. It's been a nightmare.

I have tried lots of things - Benadryl, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers, sleep balm, meditation, music, etc. etc. etc. When I heard about Peace & Calming, I thought 'yeah right' but out of desperation, I gave it a try. I cannot believe what it has done for me. I dab a little on the top of my inner arms. I fall asleep within 10 minutes. I stay asleep for 2-5 hours at a time. When I do wake up, I add a little bit more oil, then fall right back to sleep. Not only am I falling asleep quickly, staying asleep longer, but the sleep I am getting is deeper and feels more natural. This oil has been a godsend, it truly has. I worried it might quit being effective after a few weeks or few months, but it's been over 3 months and it continues to work.
