I ended up getting a very sore throat that was so severe that it felt worse then when I had my tonsils out. I could not stand to swallow at all. I used Thieves and Exodus II swabbed on my throat and it didn't help like it had before. This sore throat was different then any other sore throat I have ever experienced.

I took my NingXia Red and decided to just hold it against my sore throat and gargle with it because it eased the pain. I held it there for a while before I swallowed and to my amazement my sore throat felt better and did not hurt as much, plus I could stand to swallow now. I had only gargled three more times and my sore throat had just vanished. A big thanks to NingXia Red.

Also I would like to add that last weekend our granddaughters stayed with us and Kimberlee was coughing so I had her do the same thing with NingXia Red and it stopped her coughing. That night when she went to bed she started to cough and I had her gargle with NingXia Red and the coughing stopped immediately. She only coughed 2 other times during the night and each time she coughed I had her gargle with NingXia Red. She would go right back to sleep.
