Poison ivy and lavender

I had poison ivy again and this time it seemed to go inside my veins. I was just so uncomfortable, I would get up in the morning and just have to concentrate to get out of bed and get some oils on me. I decided that taking the lavender in a capsule might take that pain and discomfort out. It did.

I put three drops of lavender and filled the rest of the capsule with grapeseed oil and drank water. Then I would put RC on the bad spots and purification in other spots. I wondered if I would over do it in my haste but with in three days all af that wild feeling was gone and then my skin went on to healing. and on top of it all, I don't have any scars this time.

I am so happy to have my oils and a place to tell others.
