Sinus and ear infections

For initial or minor infections, I use a cotton swab with some Purification and cotton swab it into the opening of the nostrils. For new oilers, please dilute the oil 50% with a fresh vegetable oil, preferably olive oil.

Thieves oil, Oregano, Thyme, R/C, and Eucalyptus are also my main oils for sinus infection. I will drop the Thieves oil directly on the top of my head (it doesn't get to hot for me, but again, for new oilers I'd dilute it).

I also take a small drop or two of diluted oil on a small piece of twisted up cotton, and insert it into my ear (make sure the cotton is just damp, not soaked). Be careful doing this. Any questions or hesitancy of doing this and it would be best NOT to. You can also just rub the oil on the outside around the ear. NEVER PUT OIL DIRECTLY INTO THE EAR!
