Relief for raw nose during runny cold

Of course with Young Living products I rarely get colds or flus but this winter one doozy got a hold of me and I was constantly blowing my nose and clearing phlegm. In addition to the Young Living products to deal with the virus, which are spelled out in the Desk Reference, I found this additional practice worked amazingly!

You know how your nose can get raw and chafed after several days of blowing it constantly? I found that applying a dollop or so of ART Night reconstructor cream to the outer rim of the nostrils overnight restored the skin cells of the nostrils and they were no longer raw in the morning, when I blew my nose.

I must warn that sometimes the application of the lotion can sting for a moment, but you know the relief it brings is well worth the momentary discomfort!
