Formula to stop nose bleeds

Our 10 year old grandson was visiting and spent the night. When he awoke he had a terrible nose bleed. I reached for the Essential Oils Desk Reference. It said to put 2 drops Cypress, 2 drops Lemon and 1 drop Helichrysum in an 8oz glass of ice water. Take a cloth, dip it into the water and put it on the back of the neck. Dip another cloth and put it on the bridge of the nose. Let me tell you, within 5 minutes the bleeding had stopped and never came back!
