Without any doubt, the greatest oil blend to combat any and all of the colds, flus, viruses and bacterial infections that plague our lives regularly is Thieves oil blend. Thanks to this amazing product my husband hasn't had to use a nebulizer in over a year now. He use to suffer terribly with breathing problems. Since I've kept Thieves handy, at the first little inkling that he's cathing something, I begin giving him this oil blend at 3 or 4 drops in a capsule and I rub it on him (behind the ears, on the throat and the bottoms of his feet. Having to do this has become less frequent since we added NingXia Red to our daily diet and have added many of the essential oils to treat other problems that are quickly disappearing. I'll save those for other testimonials. I love the wonderful side effects of these products.
