Two years ago last summer I went to a wedding in Wimberly, Texas where I camped out the night of the wedding. The next morning I awoke with some itching and later realized that I had chigger bites, 122 all over my body. I Googled info about chiggers and my recommendation was to use Lavender oil which I did and after about a week all of the bites and swelling were gone with no more itching.
