You know that Peppermint oil rubbed directly on to the stomach has taken away nausea after surgery. I read about it on this website. Well I recommended it to my cousin who had surgery on her knee recently; so I suggested she use some oils prior to surgery and immediately after surgey, if she had nausea symtoms due to the anesthesia wearing off.

I asked her if she had used it and she told me.... 'You would not beleive how fast the Peppermint worked and the Panaway is a godsend'. As part of her healing process she used Panaway for pain management and peppermint for inflammation. Application of both oils were applied directly to the area in need. Both of these oils worked a miracle for her.

This is just one story. I have since used it myself when I have an upset stomach or heart burn rubbing the peppermint oil directly on the stomach worked wonderfully.
