Lemongrass for fleas on my dog

Our dog scratched at fleas. I don't want to use the drugs on her this time. I put 2 drops of Lemondgrass on the underside of her collar twice a day, and her itching stops. I will spray the carpets as I vacuum all the corners with a few drops of Lemongrass diluted with water.
