My husband and I have been visiting the local cat shelter lately hoping to adopt a couple kitties. In the process of getting to know some of the cats, playing with them, etc., we both had a few scratches from some feisty kitties. These scratched places always get a bit red and raise up/swell, so when we got home, I put some Melrose on the scratches - they were gone within 5 minutes. No itching, no swelling, no redness. Just gone! Melrose is definitely one of those oils I keep around in my 'first aid kit.'
