This past April while spending time with family for Easter, I had been out in the sun for too long and both my arms became sunburned pretty quickly. When I got home, I looked up sunburns in the essential oils desk reference and found Melrose listed as an oil that would help. I put some Melrose on and the pain of the burn was gone! It soothed the pain completely. I used it for the rest of the week and continued as the burn began to peel a bit. Very soothing!
