Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

I used Melrose and Rose Ointment on two saddle sores on a horse. By the time the girl told anyone the sores, they were open, weeping, raw and about 3 inches across on each side of the withers. The vet had given the owner of the horse several different antibiotic oinments to try, nothing worked and the flies were getting in the sores as well. I used about 10 drops of Melrose on each sore and Rose oinment layered over that, and told my friend (the owner) to repeat 2 times per day. I received a call 3 days later that not only were the sores half their size but new hair was already appearing. The hair did come back in white (on a dark horse,)but horse could be saddled and ridden within two weeks of treatment. Sores had been open for over 3 weeks before treatment with oils.
