I have chronic nose, nasal pharynx and throat irritations which often become infectious. I had been blowing bloody clots (and thick mucus-like material) out of my nose ... like what happens at the end of a bad cold. Because of it's chemical constituents and therapeutic action for tissue regeneration, I put just 1 drop of Helichrysum into a half glass of water and snorted it once per day for 3 days.
