I recently visited a friend who is insulin dependent. She is starting on NingXia Red and some oils but really wants them to prove themselves. So this is what we did. We tested her bloodsugar. This was at about 9am, before her first shot. She then drank a shot of NXR and I applied Thieves and Fennel to the bottoms of her feet (about 2-3 drops). Then we waited for FIVE MINUTES and we tested her bloodsugar again. The look on her face was priceless - her bloodsugar dropped 40 POINTS. I wish I had dill and corriander - wonder what it would have dropped to if I had used them too!
