Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

I was playing tennis and took a dive into the tennis court and heard a snap in my ankle. It immediately bruised and swelled up and was sore but I was able to bear some weight on it so I went home put some PanAway, Lavender, Peppermint and ice on my ankle and elevated it with ice. It felt so much better after that. I then looked in the Essential Oil Desk Reference and found that Lemongrass was good for sprains so I started putting that on.

A couple days later decided to get it xrayed and found it was indeed fractured. A piece of the tibia was broken off. My doctor told me to put an air splint on my leg and was going to give me a prescription for pain pills. I told her I did not need them because the oils were taking care of the pain. 4 days later I am working and am able to walk carefully because of these wonderful oils! I have added Wintergreen to my arsenal for bone healing.
