I went to the river for the 4th of July. We took the dogs and had a great time until I stepped on a large rock on the bottom of the river. I had a hard time walking after that, so when I got home, I applied PanAway to the area that was bruised. I noticed a difference as soon as I applied it. I have a little tenderness still, but I will continue to apply it. I love Young Living Oils, it has made such a difference in my life!
