Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I used to have all kinds of allergies and asthma and was on everything including steroid inhalers that caused heart palpitations, dry eyes, and mouth. I was even on a breathing machine (nebulizer) at one point. Now, with the help of these essential oils, my allergies are almost nonexistent, and I am continuing to work on it.

Here is what I did:

Note: This has saved me thousands of dollars on allergy remedies and missed time from work. Needless to say, I have no more side effects from those things!

I got a diffuser and diffused the Purification essential oil blend into a room with the door closed for 20 minutes a day while relaxing in the room. This is for my chronic cough. Any molds and allergy-causing bacteria in the air cannot live in the presence of this oil blend.

I got the RC oil blend and put 2-3 drops in my hands. I rubbed them together, cupped my hands over my nose and inhaled 3 times deeply. I also put 2 drops on my chest and throat. This is a blend of four different kinds of Eucalyptus and other essential oils. This is incredible for breaking up mucus in the head, the lungs, and anywhere else it builds up. This is the blend that stops me from wheezing and coughing and lets me breathe so much better!

Peppermint essential oil also works. If I ever get congestion and cannot breathe through my nose, this one helps. My husband puts 1 drop on his tongue and inhales it in. Then with the essential oil still on his fingers, he rubs a little on the end of his nostrils and inhales again. He can breathe in one second after putting it on!

One more essential oil I like is Lavender. Not only is it good for those of us with allergies, but it is great for occasional feelings of depression. It lifts me up in three seconds. When my nose will not stop dripping, the Lavender oil dries me up right away.

Something I realized yesterday while driving home is that I was able to roll my windows down while on the road and smell the wonderful smell of fresh-cut grass. This is something I was never able to do all my life with allergies. Whenever I did this in the past, I would sneeze probably 20 times in a row and then be a wreck for several hours.

I have been cleansing, oiling, supplementing, and eating a good diet over the last four years. Since using therapeutic-grade essential oil products, finally something worked! I can honestly say that I AM ALLERGY FREE. And in Texas where there are trees, molds, dust, grasses, hay, etc., I would have never believed it!

I try to eat as healthy as I can... no sugar, no white flour, no dairy, organic vegetables, hormone free chicken, little meat, no coffee or pop, no white bread, no processed foods, and also no chemicals in the household products or personal care products. I believe this has all helped.

Recently I have begun ingesting a few drops of Eucalyptus Radiata oil and the RC oil blend in a veggie cap before bed. For the first time in my life, I am able to sleep with a cat on my bed and still breathe well... no wheezing or sneezing. WHAT A MIRACLE! I thought I would never be able to have furry pets.

We are saving money on our grocery bills and medical bills by substituting healthy products for chemical-laden items found at the grocery store; and it gets delivered to our door. What a wonderful blessing this has been for us!
