Blood pressure victory

My husband, Doug, has had borderline high blood pressure for a number of years. A few times they have insisted that he take blood pressure meds, which he did. He didn't like being on them and gradually got off of them. He works out several times a week, plays squash and baseball; so he gets lots of exercise which is how he has managed his blood pressure until now.
