Help with bruised ankle

My granddaughter got her foot stuck in a fold down couch and really did a job on it. Not only was she traumatized but when I saw it, it made me very scared. It was starting to swell and there was a very angry looking red mark on both sides of the foot. There was also an indentation which when I saw it I thought it to be crushed or broken for sure.

I got the oils out right away and applied lavender and Panaway. I held her for a moment to comfort her and when I looked back at the foot the swelling was gone and that awful red mark was just a little pink mark. I asked her if it hurt anymore and she said no so she tried standing on it and it didn't bother her at all. In fact we went down to the beech and played for about an hour. That night I put more oils on and in the morning I made the blend up for bruising that is in the EODR book. She did not have any bruising or pain, and has had no trouble playing and jumping around. Also there has been no swelling. I don't know what we would do without the oils. I will never be without them. You really have to see them in action to believe what they can do.
