Stepped on a rusty nail

While walking in the yard I stepped on a board with a rusty nail. It went thru the arch of my foot and it was difficult to move my toes. I used Theives on the puncture and it did not even puss up. And I used Panaway on the bottom of my whole foot to help relieve the muscle pain. I couldn't walk on it the day of and the day after.
