Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I was asked to act as Chairman for my local Toastmasters chapter. This was numerous steps beyond my comfort level - speaking in front of a group of people was a challenge - hosting a meeting of experienced Toastmasters was 'Over the Top'.

I'm a caregiver, a BodyTalk practitioner, and a supporter not a 'leader'. Anxiety was ramped. My sub-conscious, ever trying to protect me, and allowing me to be in my 'comfort zone', obliged. It started Sunday. It activated a virus. It started to create generous amounts of vile green phlegm. I had ample justified opportunity to move into 'Woe be me, I'm too sick, I cannot do the Chairman's job this time, Please get someone else'. I knew that my mind was just doing what it's supposed to do in the face of my fears.

Sickness is a physical reality. I knew I had to deal with the physical symptoms in addition to recognizing the emotional fear. I got out my Thieves, and downed 5-6 drops on my tongue. Then Grapefruit all over my throat and lymph glands which were generously swollen - perhaps my stiff neck trying to back out. And Clove - 5-6 drops in a gel capsule with water. My throat was sore. When it screamed, I reapplied Thieves and Grapefruit and Clove -- every couple of hours. I thought I was on 'top of it' by the evening when I did the last round of oils before bed.

2:30 a.m. I was up vomiting. More oils. 4:30 a.m. I was up spewing and spitting. More oils. At 6:00 a.m. when the alarm rang I was awake. I was determined I was going. Finally my sub-conscious got the message - and I started to feel clearer. With another round of Clove and Thieves and smelling like a Grapefruit I headed out the door at 6:30 a.m. for our 7:00 a.m. meeting.

It went well! Now I feel fine. Still a bit of phlegm to dispel which may take a day or two. The anxiety is gone, the accomplishment is sealed in reality, and I look forward to taking on the Chairman's job again. Without my oils, I would never have had the opportunity to move to a new level of physical, emotional, and mental wellness.
