Losing weight with Young Living Products

Mark & I are on a quest to lose weight. We are working out and using Young
Living Products. We have each already lost about 8 lbs and several inches. Mark works out 3 times a week on the treadmill for 1 hr and sometimes the Bowflex.

I joined Curves and go 3-4 times per week for the 30 minute work-out. It is
the best thing I've done in a long time! It's so much fun I don't feel like
I'm working out. I went from a Large size lycra stretch pant to a small in
2 weeks.

Because of the Sulfurzyme, neither one of us experience soreness after our
workouts. We each drink 1/2 our body weight in ounces per day of water with
lemon oil added to aid in liver cleansing and digestion.

APRIL:
I have 2 smoothies a day and a healthy meal and Mark has 2 meals and only
have 1 smoothie.

MARK: Sometimes for Mark, I add AminoTech or WheyFit to support his muscle
building.

We both take Essentialzyme in between meals and Comfortone AM & PM. We both drink half our weight in pure lemon water daily.
