My sprained ankle

About two and half weeks ago while fishing I stepped on a rock and twisted my ankle. I noticed I had pain immediately but it did not keep me from moving around. As the days went by it became apparent that I had sprained my ankle worse than I thought because the soreness would not go away and the more I stood and walked on it, it became worse. The swelling also increased as did the pain.

I was amazed of the results not only because the pain went away but so did the swelling which proved to me that it was not a placebo effect but actually healing my ankle. I am now walking pain free and I am confident that it will be 100% within a day or two and I have rubbed the oils on my ankle only twice. I am now a firm believer that this treatment works and look forward to using them from now on.
