Horse with wounded leg

Our horse got his leg injured by tangling with barbed wire. The vet bandaged it and said to take the bandage off in 2 weeks.

Due to some emergencies, it was about 4 weeks before the bandage was removed. The wound was healed, but his hide had been rubbed off under the bandages. The new wound continued to be raw and bloody. After a few days of no improvement, we put him in the barn. We continued to use a wound ointment, but there no improvement for nearly a week.

FINALLY I came to my senses, and went for the essential oils. To the ointment that had not been helping we added several drops of MELROSE and HELICHRYSUM. The difference was striking. He had healed so much that the next day we released him!
