Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable.
One of my customers was diagnosed with "trigger finger" which I couldn't find it in the essential oils reference book. One day I was looking for something else and stumbled upon it, on page 321 under the section on Connective Tissue Trauma (Ligaments, Tendons).
She didn't have many of the products listed for the condition, but did have Peppermint, which it lists as single oil. (Page 322) In the New essential oils reference book, 4th edition, it is listed on page 376.
Also listed under the Ligament and also Tendon section on the same page was Lavender. So I put Lavender oil in a sample bottle and brought it to her the next day. She rubs in a couple drops of Lavender for about a minute, then follows it with a drop of Peppermint oil. Last winter her thumbs "locked up" almost weekly. Since applying these two oils, she has had only one or two problems all winter.
