Relieving spasms and cramping

Spasms/cramping (possibly resulting from de-toxing). I was in the beginning phase of a cleanse. I was in Sue's office, my sponsor, when I started getting pains through out my body. Spasm/cramping/numbness in my back, sides arm and in my left chest. Kind of like when you are out in extremely cold whether and your neck stiffens up and you can't get it to quit spasming until you get warm again. It was taking my breath away. Sue thought it might have something to do with stones and thinking of 1/2 Lemon and 1/2 Frankincense in a capsule. However I began cramping and having tight muscle spasms throughout my body, so she gave me Cypress and Idaho Balsam Fir and I rubbed several drops of each in my hand and then on the spots that were giving me problems. It lessened it but I was still afraid to try and drive home thinking I would cramp up and jeopardize my ability to drive.

She then mixed PanAway and Lavender and I put them on the same spots and inhaled the last two and that seemed to finish off the job, provide relief. I had had the same trouble the night before and woke up frequently. The night after this oiling I didn't have any problems at all with sleeping. It was pretty scary to be in the kind of pain that takes your breath away and it just shows how amazing and medicinal these oils are.
