Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Every year I suffer from fall allergies. I usually would use an over-the-counter medicine to help me through it.

This fall season I strictly used Lavender oil. I applied a drop right on my sinuses, over and under my nose. It really helped! I didn't need to use over-the-counter meds at all. The effects don't last as long as meds, so I just applied more often.

Fortunately I was also able to sleep through the nights with this protocol. Plus I no longer have to inhale that nasty OTC nasal spray.

Thank you Lavender oil!
