This summer I was dealing with serious stomach stuff in which my ability to digest was little to none. In order to get some nutrition into my system, I began taking the new wolfberry juice and the Power Meal supplement. Up to this point, I had disregarded Power Meal as oh ya, right, everyone has their perfect meal replacement stuff they want you to take.

What I found was that things just went better with my stomach and digestion when I was on the power meal and wolfberry juice. This became ever more clear when I ran out of the power meal, and experienced a tangible decrease in my gut function and comfort level. I say comfort, because along with the lack of digestion was usually a good deal of pain in the solar plexus stomach area as undigested food sat. I got the message loud and clear.

The funny thing is I realized later that I was having no pre-menstral cramping, my cycle nearly surprising me when it appeared with little forewarning. The only discernable difference I could identify was that I had added in the juice and meal supplement a few months back.

These days I bite the bullet and make sure I have both available for daily use. Instead of resisting them, I very much look forward to them.
