My husband suffers from a particular mood disorder that requires medication. Some days it can be difficult, with crippling anxiety and erratic mood shifts.
Medication helps most of the time but it’s medicine; chemicals, foreign, and man made. He takes his medicine daily because, for this particular mood disorder, not taking the meds could have serious repercussions.
However, once I got my starter kit of essential oils, and did some research, we started diffusing Frankincense oil nightly. He also puts a drop or two over his heart. Over the next few days he noticed that his anxiety was gone.
He was initially skeptical of the oils when I brought them home, but now is 100% a believer! Now anytime he feels stressed he will inhale the oil and see some improvement.
These high quality essential oils have changed our lives!
