I am bothered by sometimes eating foods that contain MSG, and this impacts my sleep by making my brain feel like it is "wired."
Recently I have learned that by applying a drop or two of the Peace & Calming blend across my forehead and on my temples, within 10 minutes, I feel restful and can then finally go to sleep.
I am now careful about what I eat at night, but sometimes am unaware of ingredients. I also keep Peace & Calming by my bed, just in case! It is my go-to oil for any feelings of anxiety. I use several oils within the course of a day for various things and am sold on their benefits. This amazing blend remains my favorite!
