I had been on synthetic hormones for almost two years for menapause symptoms.
Recently I decided to stop the Minivelle and progesterone and use natural essential oils. I started out by applying Progessence Plus twice a day according to the directions. I still had some hot flashes at night with few sweats.
Next I added Clary Sage twice a day for estrogen. This lessened the hot flashes even more. I did have them 3 - 4 times a night, but they usually lasted less than 2 minutes.
Finally I added Endoflex by applying a few drops on my lower back and inner feet. That was the solution! I am now sleeping through the night and my mood has improved.
I love how this combination has worked for me. Remember, all bodies are unique so what works for me may not work for you. But you won't know until you try.
