Snoring has always been an issue for both my husband and myself. I didn't realize how much I was snoring until it started waking me up at night to catch my breath.

Fortunately, the Valor oil blend has been a HUGE help to keep me from snoring - at least keeping me from waking myself up and keeping my husband's snore to a minimum! Here's what we do:

* I put a drop of Valor on the big toe

* Then rub the two big toes together to spread the oil to both

I was amazed at how much better we sleep! I didn't really realize just how much the oil was helping until the Valor wasn't available! Now, I keep an extra bottle on my night stand!
