Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

For years I have tried various pharmaceutical and natural medicines to ease menstrual cramps. I tried different combinations of essential oils for a year, and finally feel I have found a combination that eases my discomfort.

During times of discomfort, I take internally in a capsule:

* 3-4 drops Frankincense

* 2-3 drops Dragon Time (can be substituted with another oil that supports the female system, such as Endoflex, Mister, SclarEssence, or Clary Sage)

* 1-2 drops Rosemary (can alternate with Peppermint)

I also apply Rosemary, alternating with Deep Relief and/or Peppermint topically on location.

Progessence Plus and NingXia Red are also a part of my daily oil practice. I believe that they both support wellness in general, especially during my cycle.

I am not claiming that the oils have taken away all of my discomfort. I do still occasionally use some over-the-counter medicines, but I enjoy much more comfort during my cycle, and the ability to do my day-to-day activities.
