I am currently 9 months pregnant with my 5th child. This pregnancy has been, by far, the healthiest and most emotionally calm one. Here is how I have managed to do it:

* I use my diffuser several times a day with Lavender, Frankincense, Stress Away, Ylang Ylang or Peace & Calming to help keep me calm and my busy household going.

* I also love to rub 2-3 drops of Stress Away on the back of my neck and wrist; which keeps me calm and stress free.

* I drink NingXia Red twice a day: 1 ounce in the morning and 1 ounce before bed. It helps me with my energy, immune system, no more constipation, and is my liquid vitamin.

If I go more than 2 days with out taking my NingXia Red, then I can really feel the difference in my energy levels. I love NingXia Red and it tastes great! My kids and husband have really noticed my improvement. Also, I'm not as cranky as I was with the other pregnancies, so they make sure I always have my daily dose of NingXia Red. LOL

Yes I will have my diffuser in the delivery room with me, diffusing Peace & Calming to help bring my new bundle of joy into a calm atmosphere.
