I have heard from others that black pepper is effective for topical pain. Well, today my wife had a chance to test it out. Her arms were sore from carrying some shoppping bags for too long. I suggested that we try black pepper. She agreed, so I rubbed it into the sore spots on her arms. No kidding, within 2 or 3 minutes, there was noticable pain reduction!

She applied the oil again later in the day when the effectiveness was starting to wear off. Sure enough, the pain was again gone in just a matter of minutes. Our family thanks God for these oils on a regular basis!
