Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Recently some smoke from a burn pile containing old carpet caused me to have a lot of congestion and difficulty with my breathing and sleeping. So I used the following essential oil products to support my respiratory and lymphatic systems in eliminating the toxins from my body.

I applied 2 drops of Melrose essential oil blend on my chest throughout the day and right before bed and used inhalation to open my airways in order to promote loose congestion. I also used Melrose during the night, as I was waking up every 2 hours for the first 4 to 5 days.

I used 1 drop of Clove essential oil mixed with honey and placed in a gelcap to soothe my throat, which was irritated from coughing.

To support lymph movement, I placed 3 drops of Lemongrass essential oil in a gelcap and took it internally. I also applied 1 to 2 drops on my throat and under my ear for the first 4 days. On days thereafter, I applied Lemongrass on my armpits.

I placed 1 to 3 drops of Juva Cleanse essential oil blend in a gelcap and took it internally. I also applied one drop over my liver area to support the liver in processing the toxins.

Finally I used Frankincense, Lavender, and Copaiba essential oils for soothing my respiratory tract after the congestion phase was over. I placed 3 drops of each oil in a gelcap and took it internally. I also used 1 to 3 drops of these oils topically, and I even took 2 or 3 deep inhalations directly from the bottles.

One more that worked well for me was using a drop of Spearmint essential oil in my herbal tea, which was soothing to my body. All of the above products together helped me to rest at night. I am now on day eleven and still getting better every day.

I have severe reactions to over-the-counter and prescription drugs, so therapeutic-grade essential oils are my best friends!
