I started having horrible night sweats and would wake up soaking wet in the mornings.

So I started rubbing EndoFlex essential oil blend on the front of my neck in the morning and again before going to bed. The results were immediate, and I have not had a recurrence of the night sweats in over three weeks!

I have also recently started putting Progessence Plus Serum on the bottoms of my feet at night. Since then I have noticed a decrease in hot flashes.

When I do have an occasional hot flash, I simply spray Peppermint essential oil mixed with water on the back of my neck and get instant welcome relief!
