I have bad tendinitis in my ankle. My doctor would like to do surgery as a last resort if physical therapy doesn't help. The therapy has been a long road and to me seems like it isn't doing much.

I wanted another option, so I tried a few different essential oils to see if they would help. After several trials, I found that applying the following combination of essential oils topically works the best for me:

2 drops of Palo Santo
2 drops of Aroma Siez blend
2 drops of Peppermint

I apply the Peppermint oil last and also used a carrier oil after all the essential oils are applied (grape seed oil or almond oil are my choices) to help massage it in a little more. I learned the hard way to NOT use heat after doing this, but ice is okay.

I get instant relief! Sometimes I have to apply a few times a day, but I am doing so much better now!
