I poured some boiling water into a tea cup, and then I spilled the contents of the tea cup all over my hand.
I then quickly put my hand under warm water. Since that neutralized it, I thought I had escaped the burn. Wrong! The pain was very intense, like a white hot all over. Fortunately I was excited to try out my Lavender oil. However, I had left it at work!
So an hour after I got burned, I finally applied some Lavender oil undiluted. Fifteen minutes later the pain was totally gone, and it never came back. I did not even have to reapply. This was so amazing!
My hand was still red from the burn for a few days, but the skin was pain free. Hooray for therapeutic grade essential oils!
