Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
My father-in-law suffered from extreme nighttime leg cramps every night. Sometimes these cramps occurred many times during a single night.
The cramping was severe in nature, as he would jump up out of a dead sleep, screaming in pain. It would take several minutes of trying to massage the muscle to get the cramp to release.
He tried using some prescription meds but experienced unpleasant side effects. He even tried some natural remedies, including magnesium supplements and quinine water, but he was unsuccessful in ceasing the cramps.
Finally I suggested that my father-in-law should try Aroma Siez essential oil blend. He agreed to try it, diluting the Aroma Siez in grapeseed oil at a 1:1 ratio. Then at bedtime he rubbed the oil mixture on his calves and on the bottoms of his feet.
Relief from the cramps was immediate! My father-in-law now very rarely has a leg cramp at night. But if he does have any cramping, it is not nearly as severe as it used to be.
My mother-in-law told her acupuncturist about the great results her husband got with Aroma Siez essential oil blend. So now the acupuncturist recommends essential oils to his other clients who suffer from leg cramps!
