Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

My brother is set in his ways, knows everything (just ask him), and is a skeptic of everything. Yesterday he came home from work with poison ivy. Unfortunately, he gets it often in his line of work.

I am new to therapeutic-grade essential oils and did not open my mouth right away. In fact, I had just learned that same day of That evening I logged on and searched on poison ivy.

Then this morning my brother was hanging outside with my husband and his friends. I asked him to come in because I had something to help him with his itching.

He barked back at me that he already had enough crap on him and that he already felt sticky enough. I got mad, said "fine!" and slammed the door.

Twenty minutes later he appeared and wanted to know what I was talking about, as he was scratching his arms again. His over-the-counter stuff only gives him about two hours of relief, I might add.

So I dropped 2 drops each of Peppermint, Purification blend, and Thieves blend into his palms to rub onto the affected areas. Then I sent him on his way.

I called four hours later to let him know that I had made up a small container for him to take home. He replied, "I smell great, and there is no itch. So I don't need any right now!"
