Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

My husband experiences migraines pretty regularly, at least once every two months, and sometimes more frequently.

His migraines begin very deceptively like a headache. Then the light sensitivity and hearing sensitivity begins. Before he knows what is happening, the nausea is present, and the room is spinning.

One afternoon, after watching my husband suffer for an hour or two, out of desperation I mixed up a concoction of essential oils to see if they might provide some migraine relief. I used the following ingredients:

2 drops of PanAway blend
2 drops of Stress Away Roll-On
2 drops of Frankincense
A few drops of coconut oil

I mixed these oils together in my hands and then applied the mixture gently to my husband's temples, forehead, and the back of his neck. I applied what remained to the top of his head.

I then cupped my hands near his nose so that he could inhale the fragrance of the essential oils. He then rested with his eyes closed in our bedroom.

An hour later my husband was up walking around the house, singing praises for these wonderful essential oils. Although his headache was not completely gone, it no longer felt like a migraine. He was so grateful. And so was I to have my sweet hubby back!

This is now our go-to regimen when a migraine begins building or when a headache is present. My husband is very familiar with the warning signs, and we use this mixture as needed. For him, it may even stop a migraine right in its tracks.

Last month we ran out of PanAway essential oil blend, so we recently used Deep Relief Roll-On in its place, along with Stress Away Roll-On and Frankincense. We were pleasantly surprised at the remarkable results. We plan to always keep these essential oils in stock.
