Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

When I am behind on sleep, I am prone to migraines. It does not happen too often; but it happens often enough that, when I feel one coming on, I would pretty much need to drink some coffee, take over-the-counter Excedrin Migraine, and, if possible, go to bed.

Now I use M-Grain essential oil blend when I notice a migraine starting. I keep the M-Grain in a roll-on bottle (diluted 1:1 with olive oil) and apply to my forehead, neck, and behind the ears.

Within 3-5 minutes my symptoms of mild nausea and a headache building are mostly gone. Sometimes I need to reapply for 100% relief, but the effect is amazing and much quicker than standard meds.

My teenage son also uses the M-Grain essential oil blend for his own occasional headaches.
