Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. For 28 years I have had to act my way through life because I did not want anyone to know just how I felt inside. I had taken several kinds of medications to help lift me up, but there were always side effects to deal with.

Then in late January, I attended a class about essential oils. I decided to try them and see what they might do for my great-granddaughter, as she has had some behavorial issues.

To make a long story short, I ended up helping myself! I did this by using Peace & Calming, Lavender and Peppermint essential oils in the diffuser (along with a couple other oils when needed). I now feel better than I have in a long time.

I no longer have to act. I love my essential oils!
