I have had sinus troubles all of my life. I even had sinus surgery, which helped, but I have never been able to truly clearly breathe through my nose... until I started using the essential oils in the Premium Starter Kit.
Once I started diffusing a few drops each of Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint on my nightstand overnight, I started waking up with clear sinuses for the first time in my life.
I know essential oils are the reason for the change because I did an overnight once where I could not use my diffuser and did not apply any essential oils. My sinuses were a mess the next day!
After applying my essential oils when I got home and also diffusing them overnight, I was back to clear! I am a true believer.
