Every other weekend I take my oldest son on a trip that takes four hours total there and back.

Normally I get frustrated somewhere along the trip or get extremely tired because it is nothing but interstate. However, this trip I decided to use my essential oils. I chose to bring two of them, PanAway and Peppermint.

With the Peppermint essential oil being a natural pick-me-up, I used it topically on my wrists and then later inhaled from my wrists at the first moment of tiredness. I actually was surprised because I only had to do this once during the entire trip!

Also, before the trip even began, I had a lot of tension in my neck and between my shoulder blades. So I had applied PanAway essential oil blend to those areas topically to provide some release. Much to my surprise, I only had to do this again just once more about an hour before I made it back home.

I am so thankful for these essential oils and am happy that I chose the right ones to take on the trip with me!
