Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

While I was on vacation visiting my daughter and playing with my four grandchildren, my daughter would have me drink 2 ounces of NingXia Red juice every day. I was able to keep up with the kids and help my daughter with the housework even though I have had rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for 26 years.

I did not think much of it... but then I got home. After a week without NingXia Red, I knew that I had to order the Premium Starter Kit and a 2-pack of NingXia Red.

Since then I have had the energy to keep my house clean. We are rural folks, so I have been very busy helping my husband outside too. We transplanted eight trees yesterday, and I dug as much as my sweet husband did.

I no longer have to give up and go sit down because I am hurting or because I am tired. I no longer hurt all of the time, and I am no longer stiff. It does not hurt to walk, and I am able to do everything that I want to do.

Within the second week of starting NingXia Red, I was able to go out in the garden, sit on bent knees, and plant four rows. I have not been able to do this for 26 years! It has been raining all week, and I have literally danced in the rain... no kidding.

In less than a month, I have been able to drop one milligram of prednisone. That may sound small, but I have been trying to drop prednisone even this much for several years. I have no doubt that my immune system is greatly improved because of NingXia Red, and I know that the inflammation is under control.

People who know me are amazed at the improvement that I have had. I used to be the biggest skeptic, as I used to work in healthcare. I really did not even believe that essential oils could work!

I love that I am not using drugs that will go through my liver. I know that I have a fatty liver, and my cholesterol is very high because of damage from all of the harsh drugs that I have had to take over the years. Fortunately, I do not take ibuprofen anymore. My liver is getting a rest.

I have one stubborn thumb that still hurts sometimes. I use Wintergreen essential oil on it, and the discomfort goes away for hours. I am also using Lavender and Cedarwood essential oils to improve my sleep, and I have been shrinking warts with Lemon essential oil.

I hope that others can enjoy the benefits that I have enjoyed from these products.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: inflammation — "Cineole has mucolytic, bronchodilating and anti-inflammatory properties and reduces the exacerbation rate in patients suffering from COPD, as well as ameliorates symptoms in patients suffering from asthma and rhinosinusitis.... The effects of Cineole in the treatment of acute bronchitis were clearly measurable and could be proven after a treatment period of merely 4 days. This study corroborates the fact that Cineole actively and significantly reduces cough frequency after four days."Link
2.Associated topics: sleep — "Lavender, mint [peppermint], orange, rose, chamomile, rosemary, and sage were used.... Depression levels in the touch-music-aroma therapy group... showed a larger decrease than in the... control groups [that did not include aromatherapy].... [FMS] symptoms such as restless sleep, headache, morning fatigue, exhaustion, feeling like crying, and bowel complaints were also significantly reduced."Link
3.Associated topics: inflammation — "[W]e studied the anti-inflammatory and gastroprotective effects of C. citratus [Lemongrass] and E. citriodora [Lemon Eucalyptus] essential oils on formol-induced edema and acetic acid induced abdominal cramps in Wistar rats.... In vivo analysis and histological assay showed that the two essential oils displayed significant dose-dependent edema [swelling] inhibition effect over time. They displayed strong analgesic [pain-relieving] and antipyretic [fever-reducing] properties similar to that induced by 50 mg/kg of acetylsalicylate of lysine.... This work demonstrates the anti-inflammatory property of Cymbopogon citratus [Lemongrass] and Eucalyptus citriodora [Lemon Eucalyptus], suggesting their potential role as adjuvant therapeutic alternatives in dealing with inflammatory-related diseases."Link
4.Associated topics: immune-system,autoimmune-diseases,fatty-liver — "DHEA [a component of PD 80/20], an androstene hormone [precursor to estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, cortisone, and other hormones], has been shown to possess a wide range of beneficial biological effects mainly attributed to immune system modulation.... thus leading to beneficial effects in diverse human diseases including resistance to infection, neuroprotection, wound healing, diabetes, hepatic injury, cardiovascular disease, and cancer."Link
5.Associated topics: inflammation — "To assess their anti-inflammatory activities, effects of essential oils on neutrophil activation were examined in vitro.... All essential oils tested at 0.1% concentration suppressed TNF-945;-induced neutrophil adherence, and, in particular, lemongrass, geranium, and spearmint oils clearly lowered the reaction even at 0.0125%. Similar inhibitory activities for the neutrophil adherence were obtained by their major constituent terpenoids: citral, geraniol, citronellol and carvone. Thus, some essential oils used as anti-inflammatory remedies suppress neutrophil activation by TNF-945; at a low concentration (0.0125-0.025%) in vitro."Link
6.Associated topics: sleep — "Lavender essential oil has been used as an anxiolytic [anxiety] drug, a mood stabilizer, a sedative, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antihypertensive [high blood pressure], antimicrobial, analgesic [pain] agent as well as a wound healing accelerator.... The present study suggests that inhalation of lavender essential oil may be an effective and safe treatment modality in acute management of migraine headaches."Link
7.Associated topics: warts — "Essential oil of Australian lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) [was effective] in the treatment of molluscum contagiosum in children."Link
8.Associated topics: cholesterol — "Cinnamaldehyde [in cinnamon] has antihyperglycemic and antihyperlipidemic [cholesterol-lowering] actions in db/db mice and could be useful in the treatment of type-2 diabetes."Link
